I had a great experience at this hotel with its quick access to Eagles Bluff Overlook Park, perfect for scenic strolls, and it’s just a short walk to Dairy Queen for a quick bite after exploring the city, making my weekend right on track. the only downside was that the indoor pool was freezing during my stay, which was disappointing for my twin kids.

I was appalled by the state of our room! The shower conditioner pump was broken, leaving us with no access to soap. The check-in staff had minimal conversation, almost as if they couldn't care less about providing service. The air conditioning took way too long to cool down our stuffy room, making it an uncomfortable experience from the start.

Recommend it for families visiting theme parks

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, they were splashing around like crazy for hours. And the breakfast, they had pancakes and especially loved the cinnamon rolls, like they were made for children’s delight.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still within acceptable limits.

The indoor pool temperature was way too cold, leaving my kids unable to enjoy what was supposed to be a highlight of the stay. Cleanliness could improve, too. we noted some beetles in the room and two pillowcases that needed replacing due to stains. The breakfast area suffered from a seating shortage, forcing us to eat on the lobby couch one morning, a little awkward for a family. Enticing as the breakfast spread was, it did lack variety overall.

This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a lovely indoor pool. Staff helped me with printing during my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend asking for help if needed.
